Apparently there are some people out there that would like to live under the illusion, and also let the public live under the illusion that the program by the name of Kids Helping Kids (A Pathway Family Center) was protested for only “nearly a year”. This report is completely and utterly false and is in fact an insult to all that have protested this program before 2008.

That is hilarious, in a not so funny way considering that Kids Helping Kids was first physically protested on

The above mentioned website boasts of protesting for “nearly a year”, when in fact different types of demonstrations have taken place against Kids Helping Kids, and have been reported since 2004. These demonstrations (protests) have come in the form of letters that were written to their accrediting bodies such as, CARF, as well as complaints filed to ODADAS (Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services) from former clients of the program. Protests have also taken on the form of writing letters to then Governor Taft, and his wife Hope Taft asking them to organize a legitimate investigation of Kids Helping Kids. Countless letters have also been written before the year of 2008 to ODADAS requesting that a legitmate investigation be done on Kids Helping Kids, and the list goes on here:

1.) Letters and phone calls to Ohio Jobs and Family Services requesting that they investigate Kids Helping Kids’ use of unlicensed foster homes.

All of these have been major forms of protest against Kids Helping Kids and their abusive program treatment modality since 2003/2004. This actually in fact means that there have been years of protesting of this particular program and it’s affiliates.

So, to whomever is running that website you may want to change your opinions because the other protesters know the truth that were actually there, and can debunk your false reporting.
